The last time DDA brought its housings scheme was in December 2018, where 28000 flats where at offer in different parts of the city such as Vasant Kunj, Rohini, Dwarka, Motia Khan, Mukherjee Nagar, Molarband etc. The prices of these flats ranged between Rs. 9 lakh to Rs. 1.12 crore.
Any citizen of India, who is not younger than 18 years, can apply for the scheme but one person can only submit one application form.
Applicant should not own any residential flat or plot in full or in part on lease hold or free hold basis in Delhi either in his or her own name or in the name of the spouse or minor or dependent children.
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will launch its new housing scheme in 2014 which promises to provide flats at affordable rates across the capital.
